Products and availability
Living plants and handmade products naturally vary. Photographs are representative and do not promise identical size, shape, color or pattern. Inventory can change quickly. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it; an order is accepted only after successful payment and confirmation.
The Hillside Gardens may correct pricing, description or inventory errors and may cancel or refund an affected order. Product information, ingredients, allergens, use directions and care notes should be reviewed before purchase or use.
Payments, taxes and shipping
Stripe processes online payments. Customers agree to provide accurate payment, contact and shipping information. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown during checkout. The customer is responsible for address errors, unavailable delivery locations and promptly retrieving packages after delivery.
Plant care and results
Care sheets and classes provide general educational information. Plant health depends on light, temperature, water, soil, pests, local conditions and ongoing care outside Tammy’s control. The Hillside Gardens cannot guarantee that a plant will continue to thrive after delivery or pickup.
Tea and body-care information
Product descriptions are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Customers should review ingredients and consult an appropriate professional about allergies, pregnancy, medication interactions, sensitive skin or other health concerns. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
Classes
Participants agree to follow reasonable safety instructions and supervise any minors attending with them. Class schedules, contents and locations may change when necessary. Cancellation and transfer terms are described on the event or shipping-and-returns page.
Intellectual property
The Hillside Gardens name, logo, original photographs, written care materials, class materials and website content are owned by or licensed to The Hillside Gardens. No ownership rights are transferred by visiting the site or purchasing a product.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hillside Gardens is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays, plant-care outcomes or product misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
